🚨🚨 SCAM ALART! This is my documented experience! I purchased an ACASIS dock for my Mac mini, but the ports stopped working and the power adapter later developed a fault. I returned the faulty product at my own expense as instructed by ACASIS and they will pay my postage cost after sending. After months of waiting, they told me that a replacement had been shipped, but it never arrived. Finally, ACASIS confirmed that they were happy to issue a refund with the postage cost, but after months I haven't got any refund. Very disappointing after months of patience and repeated follow-ups. Update – 19 August 2026: ACASIS has responded to my review stating that more than six months have passed since my purchase. However, I reported the fault in January 2026, approximately five months after my purchase on 01 September 2025. I then followed their instructions and returned the faulty product in February 2026. After months of delays, ACASIS confirmed on 8 May that a replacement had been shipped, but it never arrived. On 8 July, ACASIS explicitly told me that they were “happy to issue a refund” and requested my PayPal details, which I provided. I am therefore disappointed that they are now referring again to the six-month period rather than addressing the fact that I reported the fault within that period and that the subsequent delay occurred during the replacement process. I am still waiting for the £115.01 refund and £31.74 return postage reimbursement.
