Missed timelines on website
Missed timelines on website. I asked to cancel - refused to honor cancellation even though it had yet to ship and couldn't even confirm ship date. Damaged phone during delay - ordered another Company and got here in a couple days. Still shipped the case anyway and then disputing my CC dispute to force me to pay for a late, crappy product I didn't want. Stay FAR AWAY from this Company.
