Amazing customer service!
I ordered the grooming vacuum for dogs on the Oneisall website and apparently I didn't not put my entire correct address in and it said the product was out for delivery on Thursday, but due to the insufficient address, it was returned to sender. I contacted the support center of Oneisall and they resolved it very quickly and Andrea was amazing in helping me get the new product to me with the correct address. I haven't received it yet but it's on the way and I am so excited to use this product. I will post another review once I use it and how it works on my golden retrievers.
