I have had several claims with these folks. In July 2026 I had an emergency water heater situation (water leaking from the bottom of the heater). To be honest, I forgot I had the coverage. As I said, it was an emergent situation. It occured to me a couple of weeks later that I had this coverage. I filed a claim to be reimbursed for something. I was not expecting to get a full reimbursement, but I would have been satisfied with a partial reimbursement. The "resolution department (more like the declination department)" called me today and declined the claim. I have to fight on every claim. I would NEVER recommend Liberty Home Guard. They are not easy to deal but they are good at denying claims. Great job LHG!!
