I was a little confused by website,but I’ve learned to navigate sites, without running off the road, to a degree. I didn’t confirm that my order was finalized, luckily, I writwe everything down,such as the sku number, date I ordered, time, etc. After a couple of days, I felt I should confirm if my order was in the works, when ETA, correct delivery instructions, correct amount of money collected, and if the discounts I stumbled though on your site actually were achieved, (still dont know). I chatbotted yesterday out of frustration, and a live representative called me shortly after. Because I’m technically deaf, it took a little patience, but you guys were kind, thank you, so there! GK
