Multiple Incorrect filter sizes
I started using filter by in February 2026. The first filter received fit properly The next was received in May, but it was left on the sidewalk, and out in the rain. I called the company reported it. They promptly sent another filter. However it was too large and didn’t fit. Once again, I called the company and reported that the dimensions were off once again I had to take pictures, etc.. the most recent filter I received this week August 13 was too small. I called the company again and reported my concern about inadequacy of the fit. I was advised that I needed to take pictures and measurements of filter. I couldn’t get refund but they would sen another filter. My overall experience was not good as far as the filter however, Customer Service did work to resolve the issue however, I decided to cancel my subscription with them and I would not recommend.
