The website is clean & efficient. I was sold when I saw Jim Rickards' endorsement. Jim needs to update his $2000/oz gold article ;) Travis Rager deserves a raise. He was professional, informational, efficient, warm - the whole package. Critically, he listened and responded appropriately. New VP of Communications?? Yes. I look forward to a long relationship with Travis and GBI.
