This is the third time I have used Luggage Free since 2018. I have recommended your services strongly with other friends who travel. Though your fees have gotten much more costly, I still think your service is a good investment. Your instructions are clear, you followed up quickly with me when customs requirements changed, and my bag arrived several days ahead of initial projections. My Lufthansa flight had just landed at San Diego airport when I received the FEDEX message that my bag had just been delivered to my home address. So it arrived before I did!
