Klarity (Janice Cahambing; Janice Nursing Corp)
They said my insurance Blue Shield is accepted. Was told by provider that I won't have a copay. They kept this up for 3 days to hook me until the 24 hour period had expired. This way they won't lose anything even if i cancelled. During this time, they'll messaged me through Klarity 3 to 4 times a day reminding me to complete my profile and other paperwork. They came back to me and said they don't accept my insurance. Due to that, I cancelled my appointment 1 week before the appointment date. I was charged a $100 cancelation fee. Contacted the provider (Janice Cahambing; Janice Nursing Corp) a week ago. She said she'll ask her team for a refund possibility. I've contacted her 3 times after that in a week's period and no response. Just crickets. Bait and switch to make easy money. I was fooled into this scheme. Don't use Klarity or Janice Nursing Corp. Now thay I've reached out, they went from reaching out to me 3 to 4 times a day to crickets. Klarity claims they are only a technology platform that supports independent provider. I dont think so. Its all part of the scheme. STAY AWAY.
