Perfect all around
I cannot think of a better customer service experience with another company than Theo Grace. It is important to note that personal responses were received from at least 4 different customer service representatives, not an automated attendant, a human. From the beginning, TG monitored my order to assure the engraving was perfect. All inquiries regarding my order were responded to promptly and completely. I would recommend Theo Grace, something I rarely offer. I should also mention that the bracelet was perfect and looked exactly as advertised. The magnetic latch functions well and is secure.
