Poor customer service
Poor customer service, no contact with a physician, asked for RX increase and they decreased from 12.5 to 5.0 without one discussion with a physician. They didn’t bother to contact me at all. Such a change I would expect a discussion, email, notes or something from the physician and I received no communication whatsoever! I had to contact them to inquire why, informed them this was not what I wanted, did not match my dr approved prescription and wanted to return the low dose that wasn’t opened and they said no. Awful. Will not use them again.
