Frustrating experience
Frustrating experience! They need to tell you upfront that if you have tinnitus, these hearing aids are not for you! I called after 6 weeks to share my frustrations. The agent was trying, but could not resolve the troubles I had - not fitting in ear, squealing sounds that were painful. When I gave up and called to return, I was put on hold for over an hour and a half for 2 days, then call ended. On the 3rd day, I got Shiela. She listened, then helped me. I COULD pay to return to Canada, but she finally offered me 70% of my money back (keeping the hearing aids). I chose that, knowing it would only be a few dollars difference than if I had to pay shipping. Thank you to Shiela! Money agreed on was returned immediately. But was not a happy experience with Nebroo!
