Glisson from FurLife to the rescue!
I recently had a great experience with the customer support from FurLife. I had no clue that I had clicked on subscription for my order from the previous month, and of course once I got the email saying that my new order processed and was charged I immediately went straight to customer support and requested a refund. Living paycheck to paycheck can be difficult and stressful specially when surprise charges happen. Well Glisson from FurLife was so nice and understanding of my situation. He got to work right away and cancelled my subscription and gave me my refund in the same day. He explained everything so well and I am very appreciative of his help.
