Pretty smooth and prompt refund for something o was unsure of size would be absolutely correct given shoes were Italian sizing. The one suggestion though is let us please use a QR code. Was not super easy to submit request and subsequently find and forward the label to an email address where I could later print. I could not print or adjust the size of it, so worried it wouldn’t been scan at the post office. The actual refund and Venmo part was easy and straightforward. May not be as easy for older generations less tech saavy.
