Amazing customer service for a warranty…
Amazing customer service for a warranty claim. Love the Hexclad products and had never had an issue after three years of using the products almost daily. Had some peeling away of the coating on the 2 quart saucepan, filed a claim which was escalated in minutes with support received for replacement within an hour. Hazel N and Refaat were exceptional to deal with. Love these products.
