I have never given a bad review on an any site but have to on this site. We had three of our flights in Indonesia canceled by the site. We were fine when we left home in Canada 3 weeks ago, but then had 3 of our flights within Indonesia canceled at the last minute, we were already on vacation when these flights got cancelled but trip.com cancelled our flights. And then what made it worse but we realized the flights themselves we still operating but the site cancelled our tickets and rebooked us onto to earlier flights which made us miss a variety of our planned tours.
