I was directly involved in coordinating this move alongside my son, and our experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, communication was plagued by empty promises, evasive answers, and sudden, high-pressure changes once our belongings were already in their possession. Moving is already an incredibly stressful life event, but this team chose to exploit that vulnerability with aggressive tactics and completely unprofessional behavior.
