I had returned the empty canister through Sodastream’s exchange program for canisters that I had purchased from Amazon. I normally have no issues with a refund. However this time I did not get a refund after waiting 2 weeks. I contacted the help desk and provided my order number and tracking number on the return label. I got a quick reply that they were working on it- this was at 12 am in the morning and when I woke up, I had another email providing a link to the refund. The link actually did not work but when I put the code in I was able to access my refund. I am completely satisfied with the service provided and will continue to use the exchange program with confidence.
