I was so excited to sign up with Fridays and signed up for 6 months. The first month went great but I am now into my second week of my second month and still have not received my medication. I have reached out via their app to the support team several times and called and spoke to a representative. Everyone keeps giving me the standard answer that they are working on it and trying to get the pharmacy to respond but I have not received any resolution. This has caused me to miss two injections with still no resolve. It is really unfortunate when this is their business model. At this point I am hoping for a refund on the 5 months I paid for and hope to continue my weight loss journey with another platform. If you cannot get your medication what good is the program? This has been such a hassle and disappointment. I wish I never signed up.
