Poorly built site and terrible user experience. I tried to purchase a few custom debit cards and kept running into a "We are unable to process your order" error message that did not offer a clear explanation why they failed. I checked with my credit card company every time and was told the transactions were not blocked. It's quite obvious that The Gift Card Shop doesn't care much about their customers. [UPDATE]: Thanks to The Gift Card Shop for reaching out with a response form, but by the time I saw it, the 3-day deadline to complete the form had already passed.
