The AC was not functioning properly
The AC was not functioning properly, the driver was rude. The bus arrived 20 mins late and in the tracking website it showed that the bus will depart after 10 minutes. So I checked in, kept my bag and got out of the bus for buying water bottle expecting I have enough time as the departure was after 10 mins. But the driver started the bus before the departure and left, I had to run and ask him to stop, he was not stopping. He is very insensitive and rude. Finally after shouting he stopped. He also braked couple of times very hard. Extremely unhappy and will never book again.
