Impressive customer service
My review is for the impressive customer service provided by Hexclad team. I reached out to report wear and tear to a Hexclad product, and within minutes received a response acknowledging the details and offering a replacement product, although I had forgotten to register for lifetime warranty. The entire conversation was friendly and cordial, including sharing warranty registration link and details, and tips to improve the product’s life. And I also did receive the replacement product within 3 days. Truly amazing customer service!
