Very comfortable ride/often seat assignments aren’t recognized.
Very comfortable ride . The only issue is the guarantee of the seat that was picked. On the date of my ride 8/8 I was concerned that my seat 5a would be taken from the beginning of the trip starting in Miami . I was correct because there was someone in my seat . The woman was willing to move seats . Many passengers don’t know about seats that are assigned or requested. It’s the responsibility of the DRIVER to communicate with the rider what seat is theirs while checking. Their QR code . This situation has happened to me many times and sometimes people are rude and yell out “ just sit somewhere else” I’ve been taking the bus for 2 years and this has always been an issue & ONLY one driver checked seat assignments (a woman driver of course) . So other than that I appreciate the competent drivers and comfortable ride .
