Unresolved Refund / Fake Success Status - My money never arrived
I am writing this to warn others about the unreliable service of Triple-A. I requested a refund of $287.71 USD. Triple-A status shows 'Refund is successful!' and instructs me to check my Binance account (Reference: TNT-407426-PYT). However, I have received absolutely nothing in my Binance wallet. It has been 4 days since I filed a formal complaint regarding this issue, and the support team has completely ignored me. They claim the transaction is successful while the funds have clearly not been processed. Do not trust this platform with your funds. I am still waiting for my money and receiving zero support. If you are experiencing similar issues, be aware that their 'Success' status might be inaccurate.
