Could not renew products
Could not renew products, no customer support from a real person, issue was never resolved by customer support team. The only way I could resolve the issue was by using another credit card for my personal account. Customer service was all AI automated and only gave me the runaround, and I actually solved the issue myself, at my own inconvenience. Poor service.
