No communications of charges - secret subscription
I have never used whatever it is this company is offering. I don’t even have an email from them about a subscription and yet they keep charging a monthly fee with no contact whatsoever so ever. Where is this company’s care for the customer. They take no responsibility for communicating charges. monthly renewals, emails reminders as they Hope to keep taking customers money in the hope that they won’t notice. The Prime Minister is on to companies like you and the way you operate right now won’t be possible in the future. Communicate your charges with your clients regularly. I don’t have a single email other than one where I expressed an interest. Gosh how I wish I had never come across your company.
