I didn’t even know this service exists! CitizenShipper helped me find transportation for my Shipooh as I was relocating. You simply put all the details of your trip and watch the quotes come in. It was a simple process, I placed my request, received quotes, was able to look through them and then I decided on the company (shoutout Paws & Pathways Transport). I loved that I had access to several companies in one place. You pay a fee to CitizenShipper but for me it was worth it because they did a lot of work for me. You can see the companies credentials, reviews, and their personal policies and procedures. All the information you need is right there, in one place! My pet was staying with family while I was already getting settled in our new home… and I was able to use CitizenShipper to help make that process smoother when I was ready. There are options ! The service from Paws & Pathways was super smooth and easeful. My dog looked so calm when I received the photos throughout the trip. Overall, I am pleased… from posting my request to recording my dog in our new state … it was all just stress free, transparent, and perfect! I also learned they deliver boxes so plan to try them out to clean out my storage and get the remainder of my items to me :).
