The desk is phenomenal. shipping not so much. Customer service did what was needed.
The desk is phenomenal. It's a five star product. The shipping however is terrible. I received my desk, desk top, and cable management arm through three different shippers. UPS delivered my chair leg to the wrong address. It took weeks to replace. Flexispot did end up sending me a replacement.
