It has been 11 days since my pet's medication order shipped and I still haven't received it. I believe it is lost and in this extreme Florida heat it will be unusable. I have emailed and called Dutch with no response. The amount of time that it takes to get necessary medications from Dutch is far too long, even when it ships promptly, and they will not give you a prescription - you are forced to purchase through them. Edit: after 3 days of calling and emailing I finally reached someone, but by that time USPS had my package back on track for delivery. I was told, after being in transit for almost 2 weeks in over 100 degrees heat indexes, that they may be able to refund me, but I had to take pictures of the product. What I received was a note from USPS stating that the package was damaged & disposed of because it is toxic, which fortunately allowed me to get a refund. Also, when I signed up I was told that I had to fill my prescriptions through Dutch, although they would price match (except for Chewy). They are not as innocent as they sound in their reply.
