Terrible!
TERRIBLE! I am living in a disaster area NW Indiana. There is no power. This agent booked me and charged me for a hotel with no power. When I arrived to check in, the clerk said no guests, we dont have power and have not had power for 8 days. Then, she charged my credit card! Terrible!
