Refreshing voice over the phone
Usually, when I am dealing with folks over the phone and on email about finances, they don't speak clear English and I can't understand them very well. It was refreshing speaking to Ryan from Hometap. He would troubleshoot with me and help me with my paperwork. He was very patient and professional. And he spoke clear, unbroken English!
