Top notch customer service and product
My ring is already pretty amazing, and then you add in the customer service. Oura really is a top notch company. I’ve had some battery life issues on both of the Oura rings that I own, which is normal considering the amount of time that I have owned them; and my issue was acknowledged, handled, and resolved in very little time and very professionally I might add.
