There were a few glitches and some things I didn't understand how to do. I spent so much time googling it but to no avail. I wasn't able to speak with an agent right away, but within a few hours they had resolved the glitches and helped guide me to understand what I needed to do. It's a very nice website and there's so much you can do for free, it's really wonderful.
