Not really happy with this company - slow returns and random restock fee to return items
Not really happy with this company, the sizing is completely off, I’m a 36C and I need to order a size large? In normal U.K. swimwear I am a size 10. When I’ve returned two items I’ve been charged a $15 dollar restock fee even though all I wanted was to order a larger size. No idea why they are charging customers a restock fee especially when they need to order a bigger size cos their sizing is way off. Takes ages to return items so I am better to return and take the $15 hit than miss out on reordering a top for my holidays.
