Crappy quality, crap service
The oura ring is good concept for a wearable but the service is so terrible. For a premium expensive wearable that you HAVE TO PAY MONTHLY FOR my 3 weeks with the Oura ring have been horrendous. First the quality of the gold is complete crap. Think a $10 ring. Within days of normal usage (not weight lifting) it was so scrapped up. I wrote to support and no one replied for about a week when I was told twice someone will reach out to me via email in 12 hours. Eventually I got a person and they sent me a new one. I also finally got a response from the email and they too said they are sending a replacement. Problem is when I got my replacement before I could even get it, they disabled my existing ring. I tried to chat to get it reenabled but they said since a replacement was issued they can't reenable my exiting one even though I don't have it. It was like talking into the void. They said they can do nothing about the disabled ring. $500 down the toilet. Crap crap crap avoid them!!!!!!!!!!
