Hit rates are incredibly low
Hit rates are incredibly low. Even on the “spicy” packs. I’ll likely be done with the app soon without a meaningful hit, given that I have had far more success with the same spend on arena , triumph , clutch packs and stadium. Also, the customer service is awful. System generated AI responses is not good enough considering my spend on the app.
