Customer Service, Gilbert A, was quick to handle my concerns - I had 2 issues- one of them was related to a delayed shipment resulting in the medication being unusable and the other was related to a duplicated treatment in my profile. Gilbert resolved both issues and also took note of the credit in my account and made sure to issue a new one and gave me instructions in a follow up email which summarized next steps. I feel his service was exceptional.
