Graham C. was quick to repond to my warranty claim and was so nice. He let me know what I needed to send and immeditaly got the ball rolling. Jorge R. processed the request for replacement quickly and Jhi O. finished everything up and was so kind in letting me know all the important information. They were very thorough and explained everything I needed to know without me having to ask.
