Absolutely HORRIBLE
Absolutely HORRIBLE! Bought a Sheetz gift card 4 days ago and it will NOT work. Contacted chat at least 2 dozen times or more within the past 4 days and they keep telling me they are trying to figure out why my gift card will not work. They keep saying it was expedited to a team member and marked URGENT....crickets. No one responds and no one helps. It's a pass the buck kind of situation instead of solving the issue. Meanwhile I paid $100 for nothing. Never ever deal with them. ZERO STARS! I believe I was scammed from this company!
