False Advertisement
Yet to receive my package, however I believe there is false advertisement going on. I purchased on the 19th of August, and chose the "Express Shipping" option. This claimed that delivery would be made between the 21st and 25th of August. After purchase, I checked the status of my order, and it states "The seller is preparing the shipment, which usually takes 6-10 days" 6-10 days from the 19th of August is the 25th - 29th of August, already surpassing the claimed shipping dates which are expected with the express shipping option. I have since tried to submit a complaint thriugh their website, where it does not allow me to submit and says "Failed to submit ticket." I have now sent an email outlining the complaint, and requesting a refund for the shipping costs. Hopefully the product is legit, the shipping is refunded, and i also recieve the product in prompt timing, otherwise I will have to reduce this review to one star. After getting a response from an A.I assistant, it seems I am "confused" by the estimated delivery dates. I think they are confused.
