From beginning to end, the customer service we received from PSI and from Daisy, our contact, was outstanding. Despite being on the other side of the world the replies we had to queries were speedy, reliable and professional. We really needed our hands holding through the process of securing this insurance and the subsequent waiver from USC and Daisy and PSI did this with patience and understanding.
