GREAT product- HORRIBLE customer service
I received my first order- GREAT! My 2nd order- never received and despite email offers to replace the order they will not respond or provide a new tracking # (I asked for rush shipping on the replacement order) Their phone number does NOT actually work either. I like their product, but the fact that I am having to post this on a 3rd party website is an indication of frustration.
