buyer beware
only one pair arrived spent over 6 hours on hold and still didn't get an agent . the hole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth . The app sends out an email with a code before you can register but it doesn't come though before the code times out . I believe this is a scam company As an update I got a refund from my credit card company for the one order that didn’t arrive but am waiting for the refund for the other set from nebroo who sent one email but have heard nothing from them since until they responded to this review. I tried to call customer service again this time I gave up after half an hour again this is ether a scam company or is run so badly that they can’t take care of the customer, which is no good for any one with hearing aids . AGAIN BEWARE. ,
