Extreme delays with repeated contact with customer service which resulted in no appology or refund
Dante accepted my payment in late November of 2025 the kit was then lost in the mail which may not explicitly be their fault but then I was only able to retrieve it and send my samples in January of 2026. Then I didn't recieve my results for 7.5 months finally getting them in late August 2026. I had several interactions with customer service asking for a refund so I could use another provider but they never appologized and continued to say the samples were delayed but too far into processing to refund my money. Nothing was done in terms of appology or compensation for my 8-9 month delay in receiving my results. For 500 pounds this is pretty disappointing.
