Karen was incredibly helpful during my Lodgify onboarding. She took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the session accordingly, particularly around pricing. We spent 20 to 25 minutes walking through the nuances of channel commissions and pricing strategy. Without her guidance, I likely would have lost hundreds of dollars in revenue because of how I had originally configured my rates. Karen also helped me understand how to connect with additional channels, including Booking.com and Google Vacation Rentals. She was easygoing, clear, knowledgeable, and flexible with the agenda, even taking extra time to cover additional questions. I left the session feeling significantly more comfortable with the platform and with a much stronger understanding of the value Lodgify provides.
