Customer support was absolutely amazing. She understood my situation right away and jumped straight into fixing things. She asked thoughtful questions, brought humor into the moment, and somehow managed to help me tackle two other issues I’d been avoiding for months. I never once felt judged or foolish—she made everything feel easy. Her curiosity and willingness to go deeper helped me finally clear out two old, moldy tasks from my list. She’s a gem.
