Newrez does not care about their customers
I’ve had a mortgage with NewRez for sometime now, I recently divorced and had to get my husband’s name off of the mortgage within 180 days. My credit is 800, I have 5xs the equity compared to the assumption amount and I have ample income, I was denied because I need to show 6 mos alimony income that is court ordered. Shame on you NewRez to treat an established customer this way who has always paid on time. I will never use you again.
