I ordered special hydrolized dog food for my Bulldogs. I mailed in the prescription from our vet. The orders were placed for $1071.00. My credit card was charged & then the orders were cancelled. It has been eight days & the transaction charges have not been released by PET MEDS merchant bank. I am no longer disappointed. I am angry. Where is my $1071.00? PET MEDS, this is a piss poor way to handle your customer service. Do better!
