Representive for smaller accounts was very rude and unprofessional.The representative didn’t have or show good customer service. The representative could not hear me on the phone when he was asking questions so I kept repeating my answer, he then got upset and replied I don’t think you’re the right customer for our program them hung up in my face . I called back attempting to explain but he wasn’t trying to listen, so I then hung up in his face. That rep has no patience
