Mr McLaughlin from the fraud department helped us sort a very complex situation. He patiently answered all our questions, and did his best to get the money refunded. We had basically list hope that it was possible since it was a debit and not a credit card, but he persevered trying to get the money back, and finally was able to get the fraudulent donation returned to us! So grateful for his time and help!
